Outbuilding converted to a domestic dwelling
We transformed a former outbuilding within the domestic property into a fully functional and beautifully finished bedroom bathroom and open plan living area, designed to provide a comfortable and practical living space.
The project involved a complete internal refurbishment, creating a dedicated bedroom, and a fully fitted bathroom. The new bathroom includes the full installation of a modern suite with WC, wash basin, and shower enclosure, along with all associated plumbing, drainage, waterproofing, and finishes.
Complete electrical strip-out and reinstallation to existing outbuilding, including new distribution board, lighting circuits, power circuits and associated accessories, fully tested and certified in accordance with current regulations.
Roof repairs were undertaken to ensure long-term durability and weather protection, installation of new windows, while existing windows were deep cleaned and selected units replaced to enhance both appearance and energy efficiency.
From structural improvements to final decorative finishes, every element of the conversion was carefully managed to deliver a high-quality, comfortable, and practical space tailored to modern living.
